People were left terrified after a car was set on fire in a suspected arson attack in the early hours.
One woman described hearing an explosion, then going outside and finding a vehicle on fire near the junction of Mona Road and Fields New Road in Chadderton, Oldham.
Police are treating the fire as an arson attack and say no one is believed to have been injured in the incident.
