Optical illusions and brain teasers often leave us scratching our heads, with some taking mere seconds to crack while others can baffle us for ages. They're not just perplexing; they're also great for sharpening the mind and vision.
The latest challenge to hit the internet comes from a Reddit user r/FindTheSniper, who posted an image with the instruction: "Find my wedding ring."
Set against a beach backdrop filled with shells and stones, the task is to spot the out-of-place item amidst the camouflaging colours.
Since its upload, the post has garnered over 15,000 likes and 1,600 comments. One person admitted defeat, saying: "No ring, but I do see a snake, a toy army man, a socket and a baby mouse. I suck at this."
Another expressed frustration, commenting: "It's the worst when you know it's dead centre and still don't see it.", reports the Mirror.
A third humorously refused the challenge, stating: "You know what? No... Find your own wedding ring! There I said it."
If you're struggling to find the ring, don't fret. Begin by scanning each section of the photo methodically.
A helpful tip is to zoom in and focus around the middle of the image, where the ring lies next to a cream-coloured rock with a leaf underneath.
