Peacock recently shared the first photos of the upcoming series Based On a True Story, starring the 37-year-old Big Bang Theory actress and the 48-year-old The Mindy Project actor.

Here’s a brief synopsis of the show: “A dark comedic thriller, Based On a True Story is about a realtor, a former tennis star and a plumber who seize a unique opportunity to capitalize on America’s obsession with true crime.”
Tom Bateman, Priscilla Quintana, Liana Liberato, Natalia Dyer, Alex Alomar Akpobome, Aisha Alfa, Annabelle Dexter-Jones, and Li Jun Li also star in the new show.
All eight episodes of Based On a True Story will be released on Peacock on June 8.
