Paul bumps into former flame in Coronation Street spoilers, but will he cheat on Billy?

Coronation Street fans will be on the edge of their seat tonight as spoilers show there could be a lovers tiff between couple Paul and Billy. When Paul's friends and family help to raise money to help him with his motor neurone disease at a chilli eating competition, everything seems in good spirits as he joins Dev, Chesney and Shona. As Gemma reminds everyone to give generously, the event appears to be a success and, after counting the money, Bernie hands a touched Paul £800.
However, as he heads back to the flat it proves too much for the character, who is played by Peter Ash. Over a heated argument about the power of religion over healing crystals with his mum, Paul realises she's had enough. Then frustrated with his boyfriend Billy and Bernie’s constant interference over his condition, Paul dramatically storms out looking for some alone time.
Retreating to a nearby hotel, that's when Paul finds trouble as he is taken by surprise when he bumps into a former flame. A total blast from Paul's past, the spoiler scene cuts to Zac and the pair ponder over having a drink together at the hotel bar. This leads to fans thinking that Paul could make a decision he might regret if he decides to take things further with Zac.
Plus, how will his current boyfriend Billy (played by Daniel Brocklebank) react when he finds out that Paul has been at a hotel with his ex? Elsewhere in the episode, Gemma Winter (Dolly-Rose Campbell) asks for extra shifts when she and Chesney Brown (Sam Aston) realise they can’t afford for Joseph to go on a school trip.
