A convicted sex offender was snared by 'paedophile hunters' just weeks after walking free from court. Adam Ali, 36, struck up sick chats and sent porn links to what he believed was a 12-year-old girl, just three months after narrowly avoiding jail for almost identical offences.
He has now been locked up by the same judge who said his behaviour and his 'flagrant disregard' for the courts was 'deeply concerning.' Meanwhile, the court heard his mother's home has been attacked by 'vigilantes' as a result of his offending.
Ali was sentenced to 18 months in prison, suspended for two years, in February last year, after having sexualised chats with what he thought were two 13-year-old girls, but who were actually undercover police officers.

However, in April he began messaging a 12-year-old 'girl' called 'Summer' online, using his username 'Manc35.'
It was in fact a 'decoy' child, a pseudonym adopted by an adult female member of the 'Demons Exposure' group who Justin Hayhoe, prosecuting, told Manchester Crown Court describe themselves as 'paedophile hunters' and 'attempt to identify and detain child sex offenders.'
'Summer' immediately told Ali she was 12, and he responded saying she was ‘way too young’ and that he was 35, he said.
However, when she apologised he said she had 'nothing to sorry about' and that they could chat if she wanted, sending her his mobile phone number.
Thereafter the pair began chatting regularly. Ali 'told her he was ugly and that people would make fun of him, likening himself to members of the Addams family.'
"The prosecution say this was all to gain sympathy and her trust," Mr Hayhoe said. He told the 'girl' that she sounded ‘cute’ and ‘sweet’ adding that he didn’t want her or anyone else
