Outlander star Sam Heughan wowed fans as he shared a sweaty snap from his work out on social media.
The Scottish hunk, best known for playing Jamie Fraser on the hit show Outlander, showed off his bulging biceps as he lifted weights.
The 41-year-old actor, originally from Dumfries, captioned the Instagram post: "Working on the new year goals!! @mypeakchallenge. With a little (a LOT) of help from my friends @pharosechopark "
The Scots actors pals rallied around him as he shared the pic from his work out.
