Download Festival Japan has revealed the first wave of artists for its 2022 line-up, led by Dream Theater and Bullet For My Valentine.They will be joined by Mastodon, Steel Panther, At The Gates and The Halo Effect on August 14 at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Center in Chiba, with more acts yet to be announced.This will mark the first edition of Download Japan since it debuted in the country in 2019. Soprano Anna Netrebko has been hired by the Monte Carlo Opera to sing this month following the Metropolitan Opera's decision to drop her for failing to repudiate Russia President Vladimir Putin. The Monte Carlo Opera said Thursday that Netrebko will sing the title role in Puccini's "Manon Lescaut" in performances on April 22, 24, 27 and 30.The 50-year-old Russian replaces an originally announced Maria Agresta. Tenor Yusif Eyvazov, Netrebko's husband, is scheduled to sing Des Grieux.

Naman Ramachandran Netflix has revealed several images and a trailer for “365 Days: This Day,” the sequel to “365 Days,” which was a smash hit for the service. The sequel will stream from Apr.

Peacock’s limited drama series A Friend Of The Family continues to build its cast, adding Austin Stowell (The Hating Game), Patrick Fischler (American Crime Story: Impeachment), Bree Elrod (Red Rocket) and Philip Ettinger (First Reformed). They will join previously announced stars Anna Paquin, Jake Lacy, Lio Tipton, Mckenna Grace and Hendrix Yancey. A Friend Of The Family comes from Nick Antosca, who serves as showrunner, writer and executive producer.
