Olly Murs was left emotional after going back on tour following the birth of his newborn baby. His wife, Amelia Tanks, shared a sweet post of him performing, as she stayed home to take care of their baby. The 39-year-old Dance With Me Tonight singer is currently supporting Take That on their This Life on Tour, which began at the beginning of April.
Despite his packed schedule, he was present for the birth of him and Amelia's first child, Madison, earlier this week. Amelia shared a clip on Instagram of Olly taking to the stage with Take That on Friday night, as she wrote: "I've just been sat feeding our baby Madi and then we see this post. She doesn't even know she's got a super Daddy yet.
We are both missing you very much but so proud of you @ollymurs." Olly was left moved by the post, which he shared on his story along with a crying face emoji. He also shared an image of himself holding a bunny toy given to him by a fan as a present for his daughter, commenting: "Aww you guys. Madi will love it." On Wednesday, April 17, the former XFactor star took to social media to announce the arrival of his baby daughter.
The couple posted a joint Instagram picture of them walking out of the hospital with their baby safely nestled in a car seat.
They told fans: "Our mini Murs has arrived.
Madison we love you so much already x.” The couple's followers and A-list friends were quick to congratulate them, with Vicky Pattison writing: "Congratulations you guys." Aston Merrygold penned: “Congratulations guys, let the fun begin. “Awwww congratulations to you both,” added Netflix Fool me Once star Michelle Keegan. Olly and Amelia announced they were expecting their first child together in December 2023, after getting married five months
