An agency nurse who 'grabbed' a pregnant colleague and 'kissed her lower stomach' in a staff room at the Royal Oldham Hospital has been struck off.
Mowbrey Madondile was reported to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and a disciplinary case was brought against him for misconduct after the incident that left his colleague 'frozen in shock'.
It was alleged that on the evening of July 15 2022, the woman had entered the staff break room. It was just herself and Mr Madondile in there when he then asked to kiss her stomach after she told him she was pregnant.

After being 'sternly' told no, it was alleged he 'grabbed her arm, pulled her towards him and kissed her lower stomach'.
The woman then 'quickly' left the room before informing the nurse in charge of the night shift, who escalated the incident to senior staff, according to the NMC hearing document from earlier this month.
After it was reported to the police, Mr Madondile was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault by touching but was later bailed and no charges were brought against him, the NMC said.
An independent panel concluded the complainant was telling the truth about the incident and found that Madondile's actions were 'sexually motivated'.
Giving evidence at the hearing, the woman said: "We were the only two people in the room, so I made a comment to the registrant that his food smelt nice in an effort to make polite conversation.
"The registrant asked me if I had any children and I said no, but I told him I was pregnant. I was happy about my pregnancy and had only just started telling people at work.
"Whilst I was at the back of the room
