New Yorkers are getting together for a virtual benefit event called “Rise Up New York!”, set to air May 11.
A galaxy of stars will be on hand on May 11 for Rise Up New York!, a citywide virtual telethon to raise awareness and funds to help New Yorkers impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The event, organized by iHeartMedia and New York's largest poverty-fighting organization, Robin Hood, will take place at 7 p.m.
