A new quiz has been designed by the NHS to help people assess how healthy their lifestyle is, and identify any changes that they may need to make.
The start of a new year is a good time to pick up some healthy new habits, but for a lot of people, it can cause bad habits like smoking and drinking too much to resurface.
The brand new 'How Are You?' Health Quiz aims to help people pick up on the things that could be damaging their wellbeing, as well as suggesting ways in which it can be improved.
The Mirror reports that the quiz is part of the Better Health programme, which aims to provide people with all the information they need to start making changes in a "healthy and achievable way".
It only takes 10 minutes to carry out and it'll give you a free personalised score out of 10 based on your current lifestyle choices.
Available on the NHS website, the quiz starts off by asking you some basic information such as your age, name and gender.
Then you'll be asked how you feel, choosing from six sliding scales with options such as 'Not my best' and 'Fitter than ever' that you can change depending on your current situation.
After this, you'll be questioned on the factors that may be stopping you from feeling your best, such as being unwell or not knowing what to do. You will also be asked if anyone depends on you being healthy, like a partner or children.
The next question asks what your top three health priorities are, which can include answers such as feeling young, fitting into my jeans, and having more energy.
After this, you'll be given some advice about your well-being that will be different depending on your answers, before the quiz moves on to asking you more specific questions about your lifestyle — including the choices
