Janette Manrara has given an update on her recovery from her C-section as she sweetly marked a month since welcoming her first child into the world. The former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer gave birth to a baby girl with her husband Aljaz Skorjanec last month.
It came after Janette, 39, and Aljaz, 33, announced they were expecting their first child together back in February and took fans along with them on their pregnancy journey, which came as a delightful surprise after they planned to start IVF treatment before Janette fell pregnant.
The couple then confirmed their daughter, Lyra Rose Skorjanec, had made her entrance on July 28 in a social media post alongside a sweet black and white photo taken in the hospital of the new family of three for the first time.

Janette and Aljaz, who left Strictly as a professional dancer before last year's series, have since been sharing regular updates online about their baby girl and their new life as parents. And Janette has also been open about her recovery from her C-section and a couple of the difficulties she has faced.
In her latest update, Janette revealed that she had started the recovery process to slowly get back to dancing as she explained “things were going well". The new mum took to Instagram where she shared a video of herself in her underwear as she confidently showed her post-partum body.
