Mossimo Giannulli is getting out of federal prison early after serving time for his part in the college admissions scandal.

Online prison records viewed by Fox News confirm that Lori Loughlin's husband, who is 57, has been transferred to RRM Long Beach, which is a residential reentry facility.  Giannulli spent the last five months at a federal prison in Lompoc near Santa Barbara, California.
