Netflix Adapting Children’s Book Series ‘Ivy & Bean’ as Live-Action Movie (EXCLUSIVE)

Hamilton star Daveed Diggs is trading Broadway for the big screen in the upcoming live-action movie for The Little Mermaid, and can’t wait for Disney fans to hear the lovely voice of its leading star: Halle Bailey. The 20-year-old singer is already part of the famous singing duo Chloe x Halle, but Daveed EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife how he thinks fans will react after hearing her voice on the big screen.

Ivor the Engine is staging a comeback, with a live action feature film serving as his vehicle of choice. The Locomotive of the Merioneth and Llantisilly Rail Traction Company Limited – or Ivor to his friends – is being backed by a host of celebrities hailing from his home country, Wales, including musician and radio host Cerys Matthews, comedian Rob Brydon and actor Rhys Ifans.
