Neil Hagerty has announced a new album as the Howling Hex. The record is called Knuckleball Express and it arrives April 17 (via Fat Possum). According to press materials, Hagerty recorded the LP at his home in Denver over eight days. It features contributions from guitarist Nicole Lawrence and producer Clay Jones.
