Inverness at the junction for the Loch Ness Country House Hotel, around 7.45pm last night. A red Honda CBR motorcycle and a white Ford Transit van were involved in the collision.The driver of the motorcycle sustained serious injuries and he sadly died at the scene.The van driver was not injured as the road was quickly closed for investigative work and re-opened around 12.35am this morning (Wednesday).Police are urging anyone who witnessed the incident to get in touch.
