For starters, Mila confirmed that she was not going to be playing Sue Storm in the new movie.
“Apparently if you go to lunch with somebody that is also in the industry, then you guys start working together, according to the internet,” she told host James Corden. The rumors did begin after she was spotted out with Fantastic Four director Matt Shakman.
She continued, saying, “We went out to a deli, and we had lunch together. Then the next day I was somehow in Fantastic Four.”
“I am not in Fantastic Four, but I know who is. But I don’t want to get in trouble with the Mouse so none of you will find out.” The Mouse is a reference to Disney, who manages all MCU properties.

Rumours are rife about who’ll be cast in Marvel Studios’ upcoming “Fantastic Four” movie, marking Hollywood’s fourth attempt to bring the iconic superhero quartet to the big screen.
Sometimes the tabloid mindset can push rabid fans down serious rabbit holes. One of the more recent examples of this was actress Mila Kunis having lunch with “Fantastic Four” director Matt Shakman (“WandaVision“), who is notably friends with a bunch of Hollywood industry people such as recognizable actors like Kunis.
on Thursday, Kunis said flat-out she will not be appearing in “Fantastic Four,” and that the rumors stemmed from a lunch she had with director Matt Shakman. “We went out to a deli and had lunch together,” Kunis said of her and Shakman’s meeting, “and the next day I was somehow in Fantastic Four.”Kunis, who would presumably play Sue Storm, aka the Invisible Woman, in the reboot (though some rumors are claiming she was also in talks to play a female version of The Thing), said the meeting was just a lunch, and that she will not be playing any of the four titular roles. However, she says she knows who will be. “I am not in Fantastic Four,” she said, “but I know who is.” Go on…“But I don’t want to get in trouble with The Mouse, so none of you will find out,” she laughed, much to the studio audience’s disappointment.
