The venerable West Hollywood gay club, which opened in 1989, is available for $14 million, according to the listing. That price includes the property, the business licenses, and all tangible and intangible assets.
For that price, “the seller will consider a sale-leaseback for 5 years from the close of escrow with one additional 5-year term (lease terms are potentially negotiable),” according to the listing.
But if a buyer wants everything except the real estate, the price is $4 million, according to the listing.
The listing is from the same commercial real estate agency that handled The Abbey and The Chapel sale, which was announced last month.
Micky’s sits on a 9,200-square-foot, two-story building located on 0.10 acres, or a 4,406-square-foot lot, in the heart of West Hollywood’s LGBT Rainbow District. The space was built in 1922, according to the listing.
