The 47 year old is enjoying an extended vacation with wife of 23 years, Victoria Beckham, 48, two of their children, Cruz, 17, and Harper, 11, and Cruz's new girlfriend Tana Holding.The Beckham family, who appear to be holidaying without their two eldest children, Brooklyn, 23, and Romeo, 19, first visited Croatia last week before setting sail to Italy, where they've been enjoying quality time.
