Though Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may have made headlines when they stepped back from royal life at the beginning of 2020, reports suggest that the couple have yet to cut ties with The Firm entirely. Speaking to OK! Magazine USA , a source claimed that the Duchess of Sussex is still in contact with Princess Eugenie and is using their friendship to keep tabs on other members of the Royal Family.
“She’s still utilising her as a go-between for her own ends,” the source said. “Eugenie’s basically the only royal Meghan’s still in contact with.” Despite relations between Meghan, 40, and Harry, 37, and the Royal Family becoming increasingly strained since their exit, particularly following their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey in March last year, the couple have remained close to Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank.
