Meghan Markle Made Her First TV Appearance Since Stepping Down to Talk About Disney's 'Elephants'

Meghan Markle is taking a cue from her late mother-in-law amid her British tabloid case. The 38-year-old Duchess of Sussex has hired David Sherborne for the case. Sherborne previously worked with Princess Diana, Prince Harry's  mother, his website confirms.

Prince Harry will appear on screen to introduce the 75th anniversary episode of Thomas the Tank Engine – Thomas & Friends: The Royal Engine in his first job since stepping down from royal duties.

Meghan Markle made her first appearance since her royal exit. The former Duchess of Sussex has lent her voice to Disney Plus' upcoming movie Elephant. The makers shared a glimpse of her contribution in the movie through the trailer shared earlier this month. Now, the actress appeared on Good Morning America in a pre-recorded video. In the interview aired on April 20, Meghan said, "I’m really grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of bringing the story of elephants to life." 

Meghan Markle made her first TV appearance on Monday since stepping down as a senior member of the British royal family alongside her husband Prince Harry. However, her appearance on “Good Morning America” was prerecorded.The clip was to promote “Elephant,” the Disneynature documentary the 38-year-old narrated for the Disney+ streaming service, Us Weekly reported.

Meghan Markle is set to give her first television interview since she and her husband Prince Harry officially stepped down from their roles as senior royals.The 38 year old will appear on ABC’s Good Morning America to discussion her narration role on Disney documentary Elephant. Meghan’s appearance was confirmed when a recent TV advert for the daytime talk show said she would be appearing as a special guest.
