Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine revealed his throat cancer diagnosis back in June, and less than a year later, the rocker is cancer-free.
Mustaine told the good news to the crowd at SSE Arena in London on Friday (Jan. 31). He explained that the diagnosis came when Megadeth was recording their new album. “At first, I thought, ‘Am I afraid?'” he said. “And then I said, ‘No. I’m f---ing pissed.’ And we stopped the record, we stopped everything.”
