On Wednesday (Feb. 19), Alejandro Duque, managing director of Universal Music Latino, Machete and Capitol Latin, appointed Carlos Perez and Aldo Gonzalez to vp of PR and promotion and vp A&R of Universal Music Latino, Machete Music, Capitol Latin, respectively. Both Perez and Gonzalez are based in Miami and will report directly to Duque.
