When restaurateurs Devang and Pradip first visited Manchester, they fell in love with both the city and its people.
They made a promise to themselves: "We will make Manchester the city in which we are successful" - and they remained true to their word.
With their thriving creation Ziya at the beating heart of the Curry Mile and their award-winning, pioneering, vegan-Indian restaurant Bhaji Pala nestled away in Cheadle - a popular choice for Indian celebrities visiting the city - they set out in pursuit of their next culinary conquest.
When they discovered an unoccupied premise on Princess Street, they had a vision for the next jewel in the crown of Manchester's restaurant scene. After dreaming up an exciting concept with their business partners, Sthan-M1 was born - and its doors are now open to the public.
Mazhar said: "We are so excited about our new venture, when we saw this place we fell in love with it and couldn't wait to bring our vision for its transformation to life. We hope our guests will fall in love with Sthan-M1 as much as we have.
