A Mayo mother is celebrating two big wins – after her son bagged a Hollywood role as the son of Benedict Cumberbatch’s character, and her county beat Dublin in the All-Ireland semi-final.
Marie O’Grady-Hills’s son Keir bears an uncanny resemblance to a young Cumberbatch, which helped him win the role in Cold War thriller The Courier.
Now the proud mother has spoken of her double joy within the space of a few days, after Mayo defeated the Dubs in Saturday’s semi-final.
