Martine McCutcheon stuns in polka dot dress as she shares health woes on Mallorca holiday

Martine McCutcheon has opened up about her health struggles while she enjoys a holiday in Mallorca with her family. The former EastEnders star looked amazing in a video she posted on Instagram, wearing a beautiful polka dot dress.
The mum-of-one had jetted off to the Spanish island with her husband Jack McManus and their son Rafferty. Martine showed off the results of her impressive weight loss as she teamed the black-and-white dress with flip flops and stylish sunglasses, the Mirror reports.
However, Martine revealed that she had suffered a Chronic Fatigue Syndrome flare-up while on holiday. The long-term neurological condition affects the nervous and immune systems with several symptoms, including tiredness, muscle pain and a sore throat.

The actress wrote in a post: "Mallorca life. Love it. Had a big flare up of my CFS lately and the travel was tough but waking up in the sunshine, feeling the hot heat soothe your aches and pains along with a warm gentle warm breeze is just heaven!"
Fans quickly heaped praise on Martine for opening up about her condition. One wrote: "I’m so glad you talk about CFS I have it too and it’s lovely to hear from someone in the public eye say they have it and I’m so glad you got to enjoy the rest of your holiday."
And another said: "I love how you talk about ME [myalgic encephalomyelitis]/CFS on your page. It really does help with awareness so Thankyou so much for that. Also, enjoy your holiday."
Martine was first diagnosed with ME, also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, in 2011. The Love Actually star spoke about how the illness affects her in 2021, telling HELLO! Magazine: "I look at it
