Money-saving expert Martin Lewis issued advice during his ITV show and told viewers to try and reduce their mobile phone bills as much as possible.
The financial guru devoted the first segment of his Martin Lewis Money Show Live to explaining how people can get better tech deals - especially if they're paying over £10 for their handset.
Martin recommended people to switch their SIM card in order to bring down the price of their bill - and anyone who wants to switch can keep their current mobile number by texting PAC for free to 65075.
Following his advice we've compiled a list of the best SIM deals you can get on the market right now, with some plans starting at just £4.50 a month.
For £4.50 a month you can get a 3GB of data SIM only plan with Lebara.
The deal lasts for 12 months and includes 1000 UK minutes, 1000 UK texts and 100 international minutes.
If you're after a bigger data SIM only deal then they also do a 15GB SIM for £9 a month across 12 months. This comes with unlimited UK minutes and texts, plus 100 international minutes.
Or if you want a shorter contract you can get SIM only deals for 30 days from £5 for a 3GB or £10 for a 15GB.
Meanwhile, Plusnet also do cheap SIM deals.
Their cheapest offer is £6 per month on a rolling 30 day contract. This includes 5GB of data, unlimited texts and minutes.
If you want a bit more data you can opt for their 15GB data plan for £8 per month on a rolling 30 day contract, or their 30GB data plan for £10 per month.
