Married at First Sight UK star Jay Howard has said she has 'no regrets about the recent reunion of the 2023 marriage experiment participants but there is one thing she may have done differently.
The 32-year-old, who hails from Accrington, Lancashire, took part in the hit E4 show last year with viewers seeing her marry fellow singleton Luke Worley without having ever met before they walked down the aisle.
The pair were much-loved by the show's viewers but things didn’t quite work out for them despite viewers rooting for them as a couple after their time in the experiment came to an abrupt and emotional end.

During one of the commitment ceremonies, the experts - Paul Brunson, Charlene Douglas and Mel Schilling - told the couple they had to leave the experiment after Luke started a conflict with co-star Jordan Gayle. In dramatic scenes, Luke banged on Jordan and wife Erica Roberts’ door and immediately stepped into his flat, grabbing his co-star in a messy confrontation.
After leaving the series, Luke and Jay seemed to confirm they’re still together, revealing they jetted away on holiday straight after ending their time on the experiment. However, the news they weren’t together was revealed during the first MAFS reunion of 2023 cast members when Jay revealed Luke said they were "better off as friends".
But a number of Married at First Sight's 2023 stars have since been seen reuniting again with Jay seen getting emotional about her time on the show while also butting heads with Jordan Gayle over his past beef with Luke.
