The hit E4 reality show returned on Monday night with a whole new cast of singles, including an ex-Geordie Shore star and the show's first-ever trans bride. The singletons have placed their trust in the expert matchmaking abilities of Paul C Brunson, Mel Schilling, and Charlene Douglas in the hopes of finding 'the one'.
The season, which has been dubbed the most dramatic to date, saw the brides and grooms get acquainted with one another on their stag and hen dos before meeting their spouse for the first time at the altar. However, one bride getting slightly ahead of herself was Shona, 31, who declared that she loved her husband before the nuptials.
While the buzzing brides-to-be were getting to know one another on their hen do, Shona couldn't contain her excitement about her future spouse. Announcing to the girls, she said: "Now guys, I genuinely feel in my heart, and I don't know if you will find this too much but I have a really intuitive feeling about my husband.
"I already feel like I love him."
As the girls gushed over her bold statement, Shona continued: "And I'm coming into this with that optimism."
Chelsea girl Laura quipped: "I don't even know if I like him yet."
