Margot Robbie Says ‘Barbie’ Film Is “Something Totally Different” Than What People Are Expecting

The latest David O. Russell movie has filled out its A-list ensemble.

David O. Russell seems to have tapped most of Hollywood for his upcoming new feature film as Deadline reports a massive new wave of casting additions for the New Regency project.

Christian Bale and Margot Robbie will be starring in an upcoming movie from five-time Oscar-nominated filmmaker David O. Russell and now 12 exciting stars have joined the cast as well.

EXCLUSIVE: While we still don’t know much about David O. Russell’s forthcoming feature for New Regency, Deadline has confirmed that Robert De Niro, Mike Myers, Timothy Olyphant, Michael Shannon, Chris Rock, Anya Taylor-Joy, Andrea Riseborough, Matthias Schoenaerts, and Alessandro Nivola have all joined the starry ensemble.

If you scan over the upcoming titled from Marvel Studios, including the dozens of films and TV projects that have been announced and/or rumored, there isn’t an “Avengers” film to be found. And last I checked, the previous two ‘Avengers’ movies, ‘Endgame’ and ‘Infinity War’ are still two of the top five box office earners of all time.
