Mandy Moore is opening up about one of the episodes of This Is Us which made her physically ill.
The 37-year-old actress shared the detail alongside her co-stars during the PaleyFest event over the weekend in celebration of the show.

Creator Dan Fogelman shared in a previous interview that Mandy had a phsyical reaction to the second to last episode of the show, and during the panel, she confirmed it.
“It was so beautiful and upsetting that that was my physical reaction,” she shared with press there.
Chrissy Metz, who plays Mandy‘s grown up daughter Kate, added that she also had a similar reaction.
“I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t catch my breath,” she added.
