Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has been told he does not need to worry about new striker Rasmus Hojlund despite him still seeking his first Premier League goal for the Reds.
Hojlund arrived at United for £72m in the summer as the Reds searched for a centre forward to add quality to their striker options. The Dane already has five goals in the Champions League but has yet to score in the Premier League.
Ten Hag has continued to back Hojlund with starts in the league. And according to an ex-defender, the 20-year-old's goalscoring touch will come.

When analysing Hojlund on the latest Match of the Day episode, pundit Ashley Williams said: "He impressed me again even though he didn't score. He's constantly getting in there and movement is so hard to defend against when the striker goes one way and then the other. Once the first goal comes, more will come.
"His first thought is for the team with energy, pressing and he helps to win it back. When they are out of possession he doesn't switch off, he goes and presses and forces Luton into playing long.
"It's things like that as a centre-back you like your striker to do. Occupy defenders with his strength. That should be an assist for him for Garnacho. He gets the ball, turns and drives straight at the Luton defence.
"He keeps getting in there and it won't be long [before he scores]. He can seem to occupy two defenders which is a nightmare to defend against. He's very clever and he's also very hard-working, willing and energetic.
"I think his first Premier League goal will come sooner rather than later."
