Manchester United fans have been issued with a warning not to use pyrotechnics amid protests over the club's ownership.
United fans continue to wait on news regarding the sale with all parties seemingly in limbo. Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani and Sir Jim Ratcliffe are the two leading contenders to buy the club should the Glazers choose to sell.
However, with the American family staying tight-lipped about the future of United, no one is quite sure where the takeover process now lies. With pre-season now over, the saga is certain to carry on into the 2023/24 campaign, which kicks off on Monday evening at Old Trafford against Wolves.

United fans are planning to protest against the club's owners early this season. Supporters' group The 1958 are planning two early season protests as the group has encouraged a 60-minute 'Glazers Out' sit-in following the Nottingham Forest fixture at Old Trafford as well as a separate protest ahead of the top-flight opener against Wolves on Monday, August 14..
Last season fans organised several protests against the ownership which included marches to the stadium. During pre-season, some supporters protested outside the Old Trafford Megastore on the day of the United home kit launch.
