A Scots man has been arrested and charged in connection with large scale fraud offences spanning across four years.

A 23-year-old has been arrested after an alleged ‘hit and run’ crash in Edinburgh which left a young man seriously injured.
Emergency services were called to the scene on Easter Road at around 2.40am on Sunday June 19 following reports of a collision.
A male pedestrian, 21, who was helped by members of the public, was knocked down by a motor which allegedly fled the scene.
He was rushed to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment to his injuries which are described as serious by medics.
Police have remained at the scene throughout the day and have been spotted putting clothes and other items into brown evidence bags.
A cordon was put in place for several hours with uniformed officers guarding the area.

Police Scotland have now confirmed a 23-year-old man has been arrested and have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
Detective Sergeant Dougal Begg said: “A young man sustained serious injuries as a result of this incident and I would appeal to anyone who was in the area and witnessed the collision to come forward.
“I would also appeal to anyone who has any dashcam or mobile phone footage that could assist with our investigation.
“Police can be contacted by calling 101 and quoting incident number 0590 of Sunday, 19 June, 2022.”
