A man has been sentenced to life for the brutal murder of a teenager he thought was responsible for stealing his wife's motorbike. Felipe Figueiredo will serve at least 23 years after stabbing Dylan Bragger, 15, more than 23 times in a frenzied attack on the night of June 29 last year.
Emergency services raced to Digmoor Road, Skelmersdale, just after 9pm. Preston Crown Court heard today (Friday, January 26) of the 'grotesque level of violence' used by Figueiredo, 28, after he received news two young men were riding around on his wife's motorbike, which had been stolen the day before.
He left his home on the Birleywood estate and went to investigate.
