The footage showcases the moment that a brawl spilled out onto the street outside of a popular karaoke bar.
The fight was captured on camera as a group of men proceeded to throw punches at one another.
Police vans were seen lining the street outside of Sue's Bar in Birkenhead after the brawl which left one man's face covered in blood, Liverpool Echo reports.
At the start of the video, a man can be heard shouting "chill out, chill out" whilst attempting to hold back another man, before a third runs up and throws punches at him.
Over a dozen people can be seen spectating in the street as the camera pans around and shows a man lying on the floor.
The footage then shows a man attempting to throw a kick at another man before falling to the ground as two others try to kick him.
A security guard can be heard shouting at the men who start to disperse as police sirens blare in the background.
In the video, a woman shouts "get up, get up and stop going back for more" to a man with blood pouring down his face.
Liverpool Echo has approached Merseyside Police for comment.
