A man who risked lives by making repeated hoax calls to the emergency services has been banned from contacting them in the future - unless there is a genuine emergency.
Over the past 12 months, Andrew Cotterill has made numerous hoax calls to Cheshire Constabulary, both through the 999 emergency number and via the non-emergency number 101.
