Man exposes himself to female runner in broad daylight

A police investigation is underway after a man reportedly exposed himself to a female as she ran along a main road in Stockport.
The alleged incident happened on Bramhall Park Road in the Bramhall area in broad daylight at around 6pm last Sunday (June 9). Police said the man exposed himself himself to the female runner as she ran along the road.
The man was reportedly standing on the pathway next to the road close to the bridge. A probe into the incident is now underway.

Greater Manchester Police have deployed have extra officers to the local area in Bramhall 'for community reassurance'. In an appeal posted on social media yesterday (June 13), police said they now want to speak to anyone who 'saw anything suspicious' or who has any information about the incident.
"We continue to follow several lines of enquiry, but we would like to speak to anyone who may have been in the area that evening, or who regularly commutes through this area, and may have seen anything suspicious", police said.
"If you can help, or have any information, please call 101 or 0161 856 9770 quoting log 2815 of 9/6/24. Alternatively, if you would prefer to remain anonymous, you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
