A Carluke man who was banned from every shop in Scotland popped into his local store the next day for cigarettes.
Connor Scott admitted breaching bail conditions and threatening or abusive behaviour when he appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court.
Scott, 23, of Milledge, Carluke, was given bail in an earlier case after being charged in relation to an incident at the shop.
A condition banned him from entering any shop, but prosecutor Emma Baker said Scott went out the next day, April 25.
