A man accused of murdering Steven McMyler told paramedics he had been attacked by 'lads from Liverpool' but refused treatment, a court has heard.
Lewis Peake, 30, of James Street, Little Lever, is alleged to have recruited four others to assault Mr McMyler in an attempt to take his 'very valuable' Rolex watch.
Mr McMyler was found with serious injuries in the grounds of Wigan Parish Church on August 6 last year,
