Married At First Sight UK star Matt Murray has shown off his new girlfriend, just months after splitting from fellow ex-MAFS star Marilyse Corrigan.Taking to Instagram, Matt shared some snaps with his new girlfriend Jess, which he captioned: "She knows... She knows the pain I'm going through as she's going through the exact same thing with her mum. "She's patient.
She's understanding. She's supportive. I wasn't looking for her...
I wasn't looking for anything... But She's here now and she's the best [heart emoji]." Asking his follows to not mention MAFS he added: "Please save your MAFS related bullsh*t for another day. This is our day." It comes after Marilyse accused Matt of "controlling behaviour" following their split, telling OK!: "Matt likes to have all of your attention when you’re in a relationship with him. He was needy and couldn’t understand why I couldn’t be his all the time.
"I wouldn’t call them red flags, but there were times when he’d question me about silly things – things that were unnecessary – and then question me about them again. So I started feeling on edge around him." She recalled two particular instances, as she said: "I’d worn his favourite perfume one day and then he came home from work and questioned me two or three times about when I’d sprayed it and why. He wouldn’t let it go.
"And once, when I was getting ready to go on a night out with my friends, I told him I didn’t know what to wear. "Matt told me it shouldn’t matter what I wear, because I wasn’t going to impress anybody. But I want someone to help me choose what to wear so I look and feel nice – he just missed the point." Responding to Marilyse's comments, Matt said: "Whilst I acknowledge Marilyse’s feelings, I do not agree with her
