Paige Thorne was left visibly unimpressed after her partner Jacques O'Neill had his heart rate raised the most by his ex-girlfriend Gemma Owen during a raunchy challenge. The Islanders all took part in a sexy challenge to try and raise each others’ heart rates the most, with each contestant dressing up in a costume and performing for the others.
The challenge caused a lot of tension in the Love Island villa, with many couples not raising each other's heart rates. As Paige read out the boys' results, she could be seen looking downcast as it was revealed that Jacques' heart rate was raised the most by Gemma, 19, who he previously dated before entering the villa.

Once the results had been read out, Paige headed over to chat to the girls and admitted she wasn't happy about Jacques' result due to his and Gemma's past.
Ekin-Su asked Tasha, Paige, Indiyah, Antigoni, Gemma and Danica: "Did anyone take anything like, a little bit personal?" Paige quickly responded: “I’m not going to lie I kind of did a little bit. Only because you guys have history it’s just like I can’t compete with that," as she looked over at Gemma.
