Love Island star Lillie Haynes, 23, has been proudly showing off the results of her recent nose job on Instagram, revealing that it’s "made all my dreams come true". Lillie underwent the cosmetic procedure in February, revealing that she had been ‘self conscious’ for ‘years and years’ about her nose.
On Wednesday, the reality TV star posted a number of snaps to her 163k followers on Instagram, with whom she has been keeping updated with the progress of her surgery and post-op recovery. Alongside the selection of images, Liilie said: “As you all probably know by now, I finally went through with rhinoplasty surgery and it’s the best thing I ever done.
“After years and years of being self conscious about my nose appearance, @pallmallcosmetics saved the day and made all my dreams come true (swipe to see my before).” She added: “Not only do I have my dream nose, but they made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier right now.” In the first image, Lillie wore her long blonde tresses down with natural makeup and wore a cute white keyhole top as she happily showed off her brand new nose.
