Love Island star Liberty Poole was whisked away for a surprise romantic getaway by her new boyfriend.
The reality TV star, who rose to fame on the 2021 series of the ITV dating show, confirmed her romance with model boyfriend Joshua Raybould earlier this month. Her new relationship comes just a few months after Liberty appeared on Love Island All-Stars where she was awkwardly reunited with her ex Jake Cornish.
But since finding love with Joshua, the 24 year old appears happier than ever and looked delighted to be taken away. Liberty took to Instagram on Saturday, 22 June to reveal that Joshua was driving her somewhere for a romantic weekend getaway.
She explained that he wasn't giving anything away as she tried to guess what type of trip he had up his sleeve. She shared various videos of their car journey, including the moment Joshua accidentally went the wrong way after spotting the signs for their destination.
Talking to the camera Liberty giggled as she said: "I've seen the signs and now he's taking loads of wrong turns." Liberty laughed before Joshua added: "My sat nav's taking me a different way." Liberty went on to add: "Luckily, I've never been here before, so I don't know what to expect or what it looks like." "But I've seen signs", she confirmed to her 1.4 million followers before adding: "Exciting." In the next clip, Joshua held his hands over Liberty's eyes in a bid to keep it a surprise for a little longer as they reached their destination.
Liberty laughed as she said: "This is what it's come to" before Joshua added: "You can't look." Despite the regular updates during their drive, Liberty has not yet disclosed where exactly they went. Liberty first confirmed her romance with Joshua at the beginning of June
