Gemma Owen is no longer the only Love Island star in the villa with famous parents after bombshell Antigoni Buxton made a surprise entrance in Tuesday’s episode. Owen, 19, who is the daughter of former England footballer player Michael Owen, looked visibly shocked along with the other female islanders who clocked Buxton’s arrival.
The 26-year-old singer-songwriter from London is the daughter of celebrity chef Tonia Buxton who is a regular on Sunday Brunch. Speaking about why she wants to go on the show, Antigoni said: "I’ve been single for almost a year and a half and for the whole of the last year my goal has been to have as many different experiences as possible.
"I really just want to say ‘yes’ to things. Why not? It’ll be fun.
