Louise Thompson has told fans she's feeling 'back on top' after sharing the heartbreaking and incredibly honest reality behind a sweet moment she was seen sharing with her son.
The former Made in Chelsea star has been open about her struggles both with her physical and mental health which seemingly began following the traumatic birth of her first child, son Leo, with her fiance Ryan Libby.
But as she appeared to be making progress the new year got off to a rough start as she faced two stays in the hospital - the longest being around 17 days long. On February 12, she broke her silence about her lengthy stint, saying she had pushed through to enjoy a family holiday in Antigua. She said she knew she was 'really sick' and couldn't pretend she was okay any longer.

She had to cut the trip short to come back to the UK and seek medical help and sharing concerning details, Louise said she was 'going to the loo every 20 minutes losing cupfuls of blood' and said once at the hospital, had blood tests but 'things got worse quite quickly'. Then in early March, Ryan confirmed she was back in hospital and ultimately had her colon removed, with her since documenting her new normal with a stoma bag.
In a new post shared with her loyal, followers, Louise tried to expose unseen challenges she faces while living with an invisible illness. She started by sharing a joyous family video of her dancing with her two-year-old son on the beach but went on to shed light on the often-overlooked reality of navigating life with a chronic condition.
