Sally Nugent moved into the hot seat on the red sofa this week as she became the new face of BBC Breakfast.
BBC Breakfast, replacing predecessor Louise Minchin, the presenter took to social media to say she was "thrilled" about the news. The star, who has been working on BBC Breakfast for nearly a decade primarily as a sports presenter, will now front the show alongside Dan Walker from Monday to Wednesday each week, as the Mirror revealed this morning.
