Now, appearing on ITV's Lorraine show, she's opened up on her approach to surgery. "I'm looking at you now and I want to say to you, don't have anymore work.
You're fine," Lorraine, 62, said, to which Katie replied: "You sound like my mother. She's like, 'What are you doing? Where are you going?'" When her mum Amy, who has a terminal illness, asked her "why" as she feels Katie "doesn't need it", the former glamour model responded: "It's what I want, just accept it and don't drive yourself mad."
