Lorraine has spoken after her “confidence returning” after embarking on a new eating plan.The presenter, 62, gained two stone over lockdown but has spoken of feeling “healthier and happier” after losing a stone. Now an ambassador for the WW eating plan, Lorraine posted a photo of herself beaming with her mentor Suzy over on Instagram, writing: “Feeling great! Happier and healthier! Lost over a STONE and confidence returning! Thanks @wwsuzystirfry And @ww.uk”.
Over on Suzy’s page, Lorraine can also be seen looking trim in a blue tracksuit and giving a big smile, as her mentor wrote: “Woweee! In just SIX weeks @lorrainekellysmith has not only gone and got her STONE AWARD but she’s gone above and beyond it losing a whopping FIFTEEN pounds! AMAZING!!! Well done Lorraine… How do you feel?” Fans complimented the presenter on her new eating plan, with one writing: “Well done Lorraine, ur an inspiration”.
