And now, the former Love Islanders have shared they've been on their first outing as a family of three, where they enjoyed a pub lunch with their little one in tow. Alex, 30, first took to his Instagram stories to post a short clip showing the area as Olivia, 28, could be seen dressed in a loose-fitting blue shirt with her blonde mane up in a bun as she cradled her baby boy in her arms, who donned a striped baby grow.
